One-Hour Workout: Strength And Speed Session

Training programs aim to simply improve overall athletic ability. Whether that be:

Running faster, jumping higher, increased coordination, flexibility, functional strength, and core strength will help any athlete/client perform better no matter the situation.

What to expect:

  • Pre and post-assessments throughout the program (when appropriate)
  • Dynamic warm-up and cool down
  • Plyometric Sessions
  • Retrograde Sessions (Backpedal and COD drills)
  • Flexibility and balance exercises
  • Core strength exercises
  • Powerlifting Techniques

Clients may train up to 3 times per week with me.
