A quick exercise that should help you get out if any rut
Activity:
Find and sit in a completely isolated space by yourself and “actively” think For 5 minutes.
How to ACTIVELY think:
(Before anything, put your phone on airplane mode and/or put noise canceling earplugs in. Make sure you wont be distracted by ANYTHING)
1. Close your eyes. Perform 5 rounds of “box breathing” (inhale deeply for 5 seconds, hold the breath for 5 seconds, exhale for 10 full seconds, perform 5 times)
2.Get the sense in your mind and imagine that you had everything in your life that you ever desired.
3. Get the sense of that feeling in your mind and develop the feeling of how it would make you feel.
4. Get a timer and set it for 5 minutes while basking in that feeling/mindset.
Goal:
Perform for 5 minutes a day for one week straight. Over time, this should build more clarity and a sense of appreciation towards yourself. 98% of the crap in her head isn’t ours! Let it go and take control of what are your thoughts.
Pro Tip
What is true will make us feel lighter and what is a lie simply makes us feel heavier. Simply deplete yourself of anything that is false to get to the solution.
