One-Hour Workout: Strength And Speed Session
Training programs aim to simply improve overall athletic ability. Whether that be:

What to expect:
- Pre and post-assessments throughout the program (when appropriate)
- Dynamic warm-up and cool down
- Plyometric Sessions
- Retrograde Sessions (Backpedal and COD drills)
